Laoag City International Circle is a non-profit organization formed in 2004 in Los Angeles, California, under the laws of the State of California with charitable and educational objectives. At our non-profit organization, our team is dedicated to education first. The objective of the organization is to provide underprivileged students in Laoag City, Philippines the opportunity to meet his or her full potential. Our organization is funded by fundraisers held by officers and members of LCIC, donors, and sponsors.
