Dear Community Organization Presidents, Officers and Community Leaders,

On behalf of the LA Philippine Women’s Club in partnership with MOTHER, we are inviting everyone to the Free women’s Self Defense Training on March 5, at 2-4 pm in St Columban Church. Please see our flyer and disseminate our invitation to your members.

I would also like to suggest that in observance of the international women’s month of March, each community organization would offer a free women’s self defense workshop in their own localities to be attended by their members and invite their community, such as churches, etc.

We can help provide the trsining if you need our free services: MOTHER is in partnership with Grandmaster Conrad Manaois and his assistants who provide volunteer services. The sessions are usually 2 hours, more or less.

Due to work schedule, most of the volunteers are available every Saturday afternoon and on Sundays. We will try to arrange for other days if necessary.
